As a company, can we monitor employee emails?
Yes but your company's email/Internet policy should define whether personal emails are allowed to be sent via company email addresses and state that email communications will be monitored. As an employer you must also adhere to various acts which deal with the monitoring of emails in
the UK. These acts include: The Data Protection Act, Companies Act, Sarbannes-Oxley.
How are emails restored in a Recovery situation?
A copy of the original emails are restored directly to the users's inbox.
Should we wish are we able to get my data back from Corpex's system?
Yes, all data can be returned or transferred to you, subject to a reasonable fee.
