As the email passes through the system a copy is taken and all of the data is indexed and then copied again. Multiple copies of every email, attachment and contents are then stored in our Email Archive facility to ensure full regulatory compliance and easy retrieval. Copies of the data are stored in various places over different server clusters, often in different physical locations.
When using our Email Archiving service in conjunction with our Email Security Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus services your network will be fully protected and only clean and wanted email will reach you.

For most clients we archive internal emails as well.
